Jollibee, one of the protagonists in the series, was once an ordinary bee that was enigmatically affected by the mad dog disease.[plants and insects are immune to mad dog, save for jollibee's case.] Mad Dog level 3 afflicted his body, mutating him into humanoid form. At first sight, other people called him the 'BEEhemoth' because of his enormous strength.

Ronald McDonald was once a farmer, the husband of a woman the townsfolk called the 'dairy queen'. After being afflicted by mad dog, his wife killed herself by chopping her hands and frying them on a pan. Ronald eventually became permanently insane after losing her wife, and was thought to have his mad dog symptoms triggered all the time.

Kernel Kent [Colonel of KFC] was the mad scientist behind the creation of mad dog. After being exposed of his crime, he was sentenced to life imprisonment, only to be set free by the one who caught him--Ronald McDonald.

Duke Seiss [Burger King] was the resident duke of the town of Greenwich. After the mad dog outbreak, his insanity led him to abandon his daughter and he became obsessed with the power of the disease, which led him to pursue the creator of mad dog-- Kernel Kent.

...Err, I named them MADscots probably because they're mean. 'Nuff said.
